Rose Park Primary School are pleased to offer a dedicated OSHC service for school aged students who are currently attending the school.
We do not offer care for kindergarten or senior school aged children.
Our services include; Before School, After School and Vacation Care.
Our service is managed by our Director, Billy Newman-Graves, as well as a team of carefully selected and dedicated staff.
Our mission is to always recruit high quality staff at all times; we have a range of experienced staff who have worked in high quality services, have teaching backgrounds, or who are current students studying a Bachelor of Education.

Hours of Operation
The operating hours for our service are:
Before school care: 6:45am until 8:45am
After school care: 3:20pm until 6:30pm
Early Close: 2:20pm until 6:30pm
Vacation care: 6:45am until 6:30pm.
Before School Care: $12 per session
After School Care: $25.50 per session (No split sessions)
Vacation Care and Pupil Free days: $65:00 (Inclusive of all vacation care attraction charge and transport with seat belts as standard)
A late fee of $15 for the first 15 minutes and then $2 per minute thereafter will apply for children who are not collected by 6:30pm.
Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings must be made in advance using our Registration Form or by calling Billy on 0437 132 522, or email directly at: email@example.com
Any changes to bookings can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Casual bookings may be taken if space allows.
All requests for casual bookings must be made in advance due to strict licensing requirements.
We require you to make requests for cancellations 7 days in advance of the booking.
All cancellations made after this time line will incur the full fee to be charged.
Absences without notifying the service will always incur the full fee.
We also do not charge extra for casual bookings, however we will always ensure that our staffing ratios are consistent with regulatory requirements and due to this we may not always be in a position to offer casual spaces. Please call in advance if you need a casual booking.
The payment of fees can be made using the Qkr! app which can be downloaded onto your smartphone.
Breakfast and late afternoon tea will be provided every day.
Breakfast will be available between 7am and 08:15am.
Our menu will be displayed in the OSHC room and also on our weekly program which you can find on the OSHC tab of the school website.
A fresh fruit platter will be available for the children when they arrive at OSHC for after school care. A second snack will be provided at approximately 4:30pm.
All foods served are nut free and support the National Healthy Eating guidelines.
Vegetarian alternatives, as well as dairy free and gluten free foods are available upon request.
We are a totally nut free environment and as such, children are not allowed to eat products that contain nuts.
A medication authority document is required from a doctor in order for OSHC staff to administer medication.
All medication must be in the original container, clearly labelled with the child’s name legible, and a valid expiry date.
Signing in and out
It is a legal requirement that a parent or notified adult must sign the children in for before school care, and out of the after school program each day.
To ensure maximum safety and the duty of care for your child, please inform a staff member when you collect your child.
If children are to be collected by anyone other than those stated on the enrolment form, please send an email or call OSHC directly to inform us in advance. We are unable to release children into the care of any unauthorised person.
