Lucinda Manning

Lucinda is a warm and welcoming early career teacher. She originally studied Psychology and worked as a Counsellor before completing her Masters of Primary Teaching. She now uses her psychological skills in building strong relationships with her students.

Lucinda is passionate in her belief that teachers have an enormous responsibility to make a positive impact on their students’ lives. She respects children as individuals who are continuously learning about themselves and the world around them. She supports her students to become capable, motivated learners by modelling and encouraging a growth mindset. In the classroom, Lucinda encourages creativity, compassion, critical thinking, and resilience.

Lucinda is an animal lover and spends her spare time with her dachshund, Hugo. She also loves plants and incorporates the natural world into her teaching whenever possible. Lucinda is thrilled to be a part of the Rose Park Primary School community, and is looking forward to a year of laughing, playing, and learning.


Caitlin Petrou

Caitlin Petrou is a dedicated teacher who encourages students to be actively involved in their learning, supporting the development of lifelong learners. Since completing her Masters of Teaching, Caitlin has worked in a number of IB schools and successfully combines her knowledge of the IB with the Australian Curriculum to create student-centred learning experiences.

An enthusiastic, approachable and collaborative teacher, Caitlin cultivates a Growth Mindset amongst all students, resulting in a safe and nurturing classroom environment. She identifies the strengths and needs of students through regular conversations, questioning, constructive feedback and assessment, and supports students to identify achievable learning goals and appropriate actions.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts (Writing and Creative Communication) and Graduate Diploma of Journalism, and worked in PR prior to her teaching career. She still writes copy for websites in her spare time. Caitlin’s love of the written word is evident in the classroom, where she works with students to develop skills around effective writing and speaking.

Outside of school, Caitlin is a self-confessed foodie who enjoys spending time with her daughter and Chihuahuas (Bruno and Olly).


Eliza Suto

Dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, Eliza is a passionate educator with a keen interest in multisensory learning. She enjoys helping students discover and harness their unique strengths, fostering a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom. With a kind and approachable demeanour, Eliza aims to create an atmosphere where students feel supported and motivated.

Eliza initially pursued an undergraduate degree in business, majoring in tourism and event management, and she also used to run a small business creating and selling earrings, but her experiences abroad ignited a passion for teaching. As an advocate for personalised learning, she thrives on helping students explore their potential through engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles.

Beyond the classroom, Eliza’s interests include animals, snowboarding, cooking, music and travelling, where she draws inspiration from different cultures. She is so excited about the opportunity to inspire and guide students towards academic and personal growth in 2024.
